Hindustan Infrastructure Construction Corporation is a company formed out of Hindustan
Construction Corporation, a firm formed in the year 1996. The
firm converted into a Ltd. company to take the bigger construction projects in
Government and private sector both. The company came into existence as a registered
contractor with Government of India (Delhi) for various B.O.T. projects. The
company has been entrusted with the job of developing and maintaining B.O.T. projects.
The company also achieved various B.O.T. projects floated by M.C.D., N.D.M.C.,
D.T.C., and D.D.A. The above work will speak itself of our involvement
to extend our support for better surroundings to the public by joining hands with
different Government Departments of New Delhi.
Besides
above, we have an in house advertising agency in the name of Signature Signs Media
Services, which is looking after the advertising jobs for our various sites. Since
the backbone of the B.O.T. projects is advertising revenue, the in house advertising
agency becomes an inevitable requirement to make such projects successful. Further
we are allotted the below mentioned projects: -

The
above mentioned sites were constructed by us and are running successfully till
date. The project was one of its kind as it blends flower shops with public conveniences
together, though it was assumed to be awkward combination but the assumption was
proven wrong by Hindustan Construction Corporation together with D.D.A.. Hindustan
Construction Corporation has gone ahead in designing Bus Queue Shelters which
has an element space frame to enhance the esthetical look of the shelter. The
shelter is one of a kind and is India’s first BQS with solar system for electrification
and rain water harvesting. The designs of these BQS are patented designs, allotted
by Patent Office Kolkata, Government of India. The
company believes in timely completion of the projects and high quality conscious
having a backup of qualified and skilled manpower. The
company commands an excellent reputation in the field of construction. The company
is fully geared up to undertake heavy civil engineering works of various natures
with its financial resources, advance T&P and experience. - The
BCC group has been in the business of construction and real estate development
since1978.Hindustan Infrastructure Construction Corporation Private Limited was
incorporated in Nov2003, to execute new Projects in the capital city of New Delhi
in Private & Government Sector.
- Our
operations span all aspects of real estate development, from the identification
and acquisition of land, to the planning, execution and marketing of our projects,
through to the maintenance and management of our completed developments. In our
residential business line, we build and sell a wide range of properties including
houses, duplexes and apartments of varying sizes, with a focus on quality at an

has constructed over 10,000 dwelling units for several clients including government
and semi-government organizations like the Indian Railways Welfare Organization,
Army Welfare Housing Organization, Air Force Naval Housing Board and many more.
The company has a reputation for repeat contracts with several clients because
of its sharp focus on customer satisfaction.
- BCC
has, among other things, successfully completed some landmark projects such as
the Siri Fort Auditorium Complex and the Asian Games Village in New Delhi.

also executed projects as the majority partner in joint ventures with other well
known real estate developers such as the Ansal and the Clarion Groups .
